This player is supplied from Sweden but don’t be put off. I had bought a very cheap player for £20 on Amazon before which went kaput and decided to spend a few more on a better quality player. It not only plays all my USA DVD’s, but those imported from other countries and other downloaded formats from the internet. The image quality is superb and no pixellating or scene jumps that I used to get with the old player. Good value for money.

I am no tech expert I have loads of DVD’s from the states and I had a great player I just put it in and it played after 10 years it pacxked in.
I needed a new one and the only place I could see any was Amazon.I saw several well known ones but reading the details they were adaptable.That
put me off I cannot do with entering codes i wanted something that just played. This one is ideal for my needs.Even an Idiot like me can use it without taxing my meagre brain.This player meets my needs It’s great.It
really does play all regions without fuss.I am so glad i found it and the price was so reasonable too.

I have bought a couple of cheaper DVD players from other sources over the last few years and have found them to have problems fairly quickly. I am suitably impressed with the BBK DV991 DVD player which I purchased at the beginning of 2009. It is slimline with a smooth finish, easy to use remote and plays all multi-region DVD’s without any problems. The picture quality is far superior to most other players I have used. The display is easily read from a distance even in bright lights, I am thinking of replacing my main player in the sitting room with this model. I would definiately recommend this product to you all.

I bought this to play US dvds that my expensive Toshiba player / recorder does not accept. After being used to consulting the manual each time I wanted to do even the most ordinary tasks, it has been a great relief to get this unpretentious player. Operating it is extremely straightforward and intuitive. Good image and sound, and it doesn’t take ages to load the dvd. If all you need is a decent player that does the job without complications and you don’t want to spend a fortune, this is the one I would recommend.

The most important thing is that it is a genuine multi-region DVD player. Otherwise it is as good as any other player, and for the money I cannot fault it, though I’ve had it for less than a month.
